Question 1

What does the £200 package include?

Accepted Answer

The whole package: the DealerOffice platform (stock, customers, inbox, diary, accounts and AI tools), a professional dealer website built and maintained by BoredFather Studios, and weekly social posts made from your live stock.

Question 2

Is £200 a one-off or recurring payment?

Accepted Answer

£200 is the flat package price. Contact us to confirm the billing schedule that works for your dealership — there are no per-seat fees.

Question 3

Do I pay more for extra staff?

Accepted Answer

No. The package covers your dealership — add your whole team with different roles (admin, management, standard) without paying extra per person.

Question 4

Who looks after the website?

Accepted Answer

BoredFather Studios builds and maintains it. Your stock syncs over automatically, so the website stays up to date as you add and sell cars.

Question 5

Who does the social posts?

Accepted Answer

BoredFather Studios. Posts are created and scheduled each week from your live stock across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. You can also upload your own videos to the YouTube studio and AI writes the details.

Question 6

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are no long-term lock-in contracts. Contact us to discuss cancellation terms.

Question 7

Do I need to be on AutoTrader already?

Accepted Answer

No. If you advertise on AutoTrader or Cazoo, stock syncs to them automatically. If not, everything else — stock, inbox, AI, diary, accounts, marketing — works the same.

Question 8

What if I have several dealerships?

Accepted Answer

Each dealership gets its own secure space and you manage them all from one login. Contact us for multi-site pricing.
